To purchase and schedule a 60-minute virtual (Zoom) introductory coaching session (US$165), please fill out the form here . This is ideal for someone who wishes to try coaching before committing to a full package. Please note that I will not be able to do an application document review or interview preparation during an introductory coaching session. I can do these only as part of a package or as an add-on to a coaching package.

はじめまして ‐ プロフィール : 日本生まれ、日本育ち。日本で３年半社会人として勤務した後１９９８年にカナダに渡る。キャリアコーチングを専門としさまざまな年齢層 (学生、若手社会人、中堅、中高年、シニア) のクライアントのキャリア開発の支援パートナーとして、長期的なキャリア・人生の満足度に焦点を当てたコーチングを行う。コーチになる前は、国際開発、人道・緊急援助分野等で勤務。民間企業、国連、NGO で 20 年以上の国際経験があり、アフリカ、アジア太平洋、北米、ヨーロッパの 19 か国で経験を積む。過酷な勤務地での人道援助プロジェクトを管理したのち、スタッフのウェルネスとキャリア開発支援に対する強い関心を持つようになり、キャリアコーチとして働く道を選ぶ。母国語の日本語に加え、英語・フランス語に堪能。現在、英語と日本語でコーチングサービスを提供する。
